Can MAPLE LEAF® Flakes of Chicken, drained and flaked
½ cup (125mL) 
Diced apple
½ cup (125mL) 
Shredded Cheddar cheese
¼ cup (50mL) 
Finely chopped celery
¼ cup (50mL) 
Finely chopped walnuts
¼ cup (50mL) 
Mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15mL) 
Lemon juice
 
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Slices DEMPSTER’S® Wholegrains™ 12 Grain bread
 
Lettuce


Directions
COMBINE chicken with all the ingredients, except bread and lettuce, in a bowl and toss to coat evenly.

PLACE lettuce on 4 bread slices.

TOP each with ¼ of chicken mixture and remaining bread slices.
