Dempster’s® Large (10inch/25cm) Tortillas
4 tbsp (60mL) 
Summer Fresh® Artichoke & Asiago Dip
1 ½ cups (375mL) 
Shredded Italian style cheese (Parmesan, Romano etc.)
2 cups (500mL) 
Baby spinach leaves
½ cup (125mL) 
Kalamata olives, sliced
¾ cup (175mL) 
Chopped artichoke hearts
½ cup (125mL) 
Crumbled Feta cheese

PREHEAT oven to 350ºF (180°C).

SPRAY large baking sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Place tortillas on baking sheet and spread 2 tbsp (30 mL) of dip on each one. Sprinkle cheese evenly over tortillas and top with spinach, olives, artichokes and Feta.

BAKE in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Cool slightly before cutting and serving.
