Ingredients
Slices MAPLE LEAF® Bacon Portions™ bacon
Slices VILLAGGIO® Italian-style white bread
Slices Monterey Jack cheese
10 oz (300g) 
Shaved turkey slices
½ (125mL) 
Thinly sliced red bell pepper
1 cup (250mL) 
Fresh Arugula
Slices tomatoes
 
Light mayonnaise
4 tbsp (60mL) 
Olive oil


Directions
PREHEAT BBQ to medium.

COOK bacon on BBQ in BBQ pan for 5 minutes, turning occasionally until crisp.

DIVIDE evenly all the ingredients on four slices of bread starting with the cheese. Top with remaining slices of bread to form a sandwich.

BRUSH the outside on both sides of each sandwich with olive oil.

TURN BBQ heat to low, place sandwich on grill and press gently with a spatula. Cook until the cheese is melted and there are grill marks on each side of the sandwich.
