1 cup (250mL) 
Sliced onions
2 cups (500mL) 
Button mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp (30mL) 
Vegetable or olive oil
 
Salt and pepper
Beef burger patties
VILLAGGIO® Crustini buns
Slices Swiss cheese
 
BBQ sauce
 
Lettuce


Directions
PREHEAT BBQ to medium high.

TOSS onions and mushrooms lightly with salt, pepper and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl.

GRILL the meat patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 160˚F (71˚C). Meanwhile, grill the onions and mushrooms for about 3 minutes on the BBQ in a vegetable basket or on tin foil.

GRILL the buns during the last minute and add the cheese on the meat.

REMOVE the buns from the BBQ and assemble the burgers with BBQ sauce, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and lettuce.
