Dempster’s®/POM® Original 7 in. Tortillas
¼ cup (50mL) 
melted butter, divided
2 tbsp (30mL) 
dulce de leche or chocolate hazelnut spread
ripe bananas, thinly sliced on a diagonal
¼ cup (50mL) 
brown sugar
½ tsp (2mL) 
1 tbsp (15mL) 

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).

Brush tortillas lightly with melted butter. Bake in preheated oven until pale golden, about 5 minutes, turning once. Flatten with a spatula if they start to puff up. Remove from oven.

Spread dulce de leche or chocolate hazelnut spread over each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch (2.5-cm) border around edges. Top each with a layer of bananas.

Brush evenly over bananas. Place tortillas back in oven and continue baking until golden and shiny, about 4 to 6 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve warm with ice cream.
