Large mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/3 cup (75mL) 
Thinly sliced red onion
1 (150g) 
Package MAPLE LEAF Prime® Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Strips
½ cup (125mL) 
Chicken broth
1 (300mL) 
Tub OLIVIERI® Alfredo Sauce
1 (350g) 
Package OLIVIERI® Fettuccine
½ (0.5) 
Red pepper, thinly sliced
1 tbsp (15mL) 
Coarsely chopped parsley
2 tbsp (30mL) 
Grated parmesan

HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté mushrooms and onions for 2-3 minutes; add chicken strips and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Deglaze pan with chicken broth.

ADD Alfredo sauce and heat on low for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water for 3 minutes.

DRAIN cooked pasta well and add to skillet.

TOSS to coat pasta with sauce. Garnish with sliced red peppers, parsley and grated parmesan.
