1 cup (250mL) 
Thinly sliced red onion
½ cup (125mL) 
Green bell pepper strips
½ cup (125mL) 
Red bell pepper strips
2 (156g) 
Cans MAPLE LEAF® Seasoned Chicken Breast Chunks, drained
½ tsp (2mL) 
Chili powder
½ tsp (2mL) 
½ tsp (2mL) 
Garlic powder
Large ready-made pizza shells
½ cup (125mL) 
Mild salsa
2 cups (500mL) 
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

PREHEAT oven to 425˚F (220˚C).

HEAT oil in a large skillet. Add onion and peppers, cook for 1 minute or until vegetables are tender-crisp.

ADD chicken, stirring frequently until lightly browned. Stir in seasonings.

TOP each pizza shell with chicken mixture, salsa and cheese.

BAKE in oven for 15 minutes until crust is golden brown.

Serve with a green salad for a complete meal.
