Vegetable oil
package Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Chicken Breast Fillets, cut into 1 inch (2.5 cm) pieces
Salt & pepper
(200 mL) package Olivieri® Butter Chicken Sauce
1 cup (250mL) 
Coconut cream (NOT milk)
2 tsp (10mL) 
Fresh cilantro, finely chopped

HEAT a large fry pan over medium heat. Add almonds and dry-fry, stirring constantly, until they are lightly toasted, 2–4 minutes. Remove and set aside. SEASON chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large fry pan; add chicken and sauté for 6 minutes. Increase heat to medium-high; add butter chicken sauce and coconut cream and cook for 5 minutes or until sauce has reduced slightly and internal temperature of the chicken has reached a minimum of 170ºF (77ºC). SERVE garnished with toasted almonds and chopped cilantro. Serving Suggestion - Serve over rice
