Package MAPLE LEAF Prime® Fully Cooked and Sliced Chicken Breast
Slices DEMPSTER’S® White or Whole Wheat Bread
1 cup (250mL) 
Prepared coleslaw mix
1 ½ tbsp (22mL) 
Hellman’s® mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15mL) 
BBQ sauce

DIVIDE chicken over 2 slices of bread.

COMBINE coleslaw mix with mayonnaise and BBQ sauce. Top chicken.

TOP with remaining bread slices to make sandwiches. Slice and serve immediately.

TIP: Make your own slaw mix by shredding red and green cabbage with carrot. Substitute chicken with leftover pork or steak.
