Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into 1 inch (2.5 cm) cubes
2 tbsp (30mL) 
Tandoori paste
1 tbsp (15mL) 
Vegetable oil
(1) 
(200 mL) Package Olivieri® Butter Chicken Sauce
2/3 cup (150mL) 
Diced tomatoes
3 tbsp (45mL) 
Greek style plain yogurt
1 tbsp (15mL) 
Fresh cilantro, finely chopped


Directions
TOSS chicken in Tandoori paste and marinade for 10 minutes. HEAT oil in large fry pan over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté for 6 minutes. ADD butter chicken sauce, tomatoes and yogurt, increase heat to medium-high and cook for 5 minutes or until sauce has reduced slightly and internal temperature of the chicken has reached a minimum of 170ºF (77ºC). SERVE garnished with chopped cilantro. Serving Suggestion - Serve over rice
