Package (12) TENDERFLAKE® Frozen Tart Shells
Package (4 servings) Instant chocolate pudding mix
12 
White jellybeans (with a pink center if possible)
12 
Large white mints
 
Blue and pink small point decorating gels


Directions
PREHEAT oven to 375˚F (190˚C).

PREPARE tart shells as per package directions for unfilled tart shells. Set aside to cool.

PREPARE instant chocolate pudding mix as per package directions. Fill each tart shell with chocolate pudding and allow to slightly firm up. Refrigerate any leftover pudding.

PLACE a large white mint into the chocolate pudding. Carefully slice the jelly beans in half lengthwise and place each half on top of the mint to create bunny ears. Using the decorating gel, create your very own ‘Easter Bunny” face on the mint.

SERVE immediately on a platter decorated with mini Easter eggs.
