Maple syrup

Lemon juice
1 tsp (5mL) 
Ground cinnamon
Apples, peeled, cored & diced
DEMPSTER’S®/POM® White Tortillas (10"/ 25 cm)
2 tbsp (30mL) 
Granulated sugar

PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C).

HEAT 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add maple syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon and apples. Cook for about 12 minutes or until apples become tender, stirring often.

MELT remaining 3 tbsp (45 mL) butter. Set aside.

USING a slotted spoon to drain liquid place ¼ of the filling along the centre of each tortilla. Fold in sides and roll up from bottom and place seam side down on parchment lined or greased baking sheet.

BRUSH with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.

BAKE in preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until crisp and golden. Serve warm.

TIPS: Be sure there are no tears in the tortillas or the filling will leak out. Try sprinkling some Cinnamon-sugar on top of the wrap.
