Package OLIVIERI® Three Cheese with Rainbow Tortellini
1 (160g) 
Tub OLIVIERI ® Olive Oil & Garlic Pesto
½ cup (125mL) 
2 tbsp (30mL) 
Red wine vinegar
½ cup (125mL) 
Chopped basil leaves
2 cups (500g) 
Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1 cup (250mL) 
Chopped yellow peppers
1 cup (250mL) 
Sliced black olives
½ cup (125mL) 
Finely diced sun-dried tomatoes

COOK tortellini for 6-8 minutes in a large pot of boiling salted water. Drain and rinse with cold water.

TOSS pasta with Olive Oil & Garlic Pesto. Set aside.

COMBINE remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add pasta, cover and chill.

TOSS gently before serving.
