DEMPSTER’S®/POM® Pita pockets
2 tsp (10mL) 
Vegetable oil
Dried herbs (basil, thyme, oregano)
Sesame seeds OR poppy seeds
1 (227g) 
Tub ready prepared hummus

PREHEAT oven to 400ºF (200ºC).

BRUSH pitas lightly with vegetable oil and sprinkle with dried herbs and seeds.

CUT each pita into 8 triangles and place on cookie sheet and bake for 5 minutes.

COOL slightly and serve with hummus.
