Gobble Gobble Thanksgiving Turkey

Package (6) TENDERFLAKE® Frozen Patty Shells
Package (4 servings) Instant chocolate pudding mix
Pieces of candy corn
Thin small peanut shaped cookies (or any other small cookie)
Small amount vanilla frosting
Red fruit leather candy
Small amount of chocolate frosting in piping bag fitted with a small dot tip or black decorating gel

PREHEAT oven to 400˚F (200˚C). Prepare patty shells as per package directions. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.

PREPARE pudding mix according to package directions. Cover and refrigerate. Once patty shells are thoroughly cooled, evenly fill each one with chocolate pudding, mounding slightly. Refrigerate any leftover pudding.

PRESS in a row or two of candy corn to create tail feathers. For wings, insert peanut butter cookies. For cockscomb, cut fruit leather with pastry wheel or wavy craft scissors and insert as shown. For head, sandwich two cookies together with frosting.

FOR wattles, roll two 1-inch (2.5 cm) square pieces of fruit leather candy and insert them into pudding while resting a ½-inch (1 cm) on patty shell rim as shown. For beak, cut the white tip from a piece of candy corn and stick on with a small amount of frosting. Pipe a dot of chocolate frosting on either side of head for eyes.
