Diced cucumber
Tomatoes, chopped
1/3 cup (75mL) 
Diced red onion
¼ cup (50mL) 
Sliced black olives
¼ cup (50mL)

Greek, balsamic OR red wine vinaigrette


Directions
MIX all ingredients together in a large bowl and serve.
