slices DEMPSTER’S® Country Caraway Rye, cubed
4 cups (1L) 
Green beans, trimmed
2 tbsp (30mL) 
Olive oil
Clove garlic, minced
¼ cup (50mL) 
Fresh grated Parmesan
½ tsp (2mL) 
Each salt and fresh cracked pepper

PULSE bread in food processor to make crumbs.

COOK green beans in a pot of boiling salted water until tender-crisp, about 1 to 2 minutes. Drain.

HEAT oil in large skillet over medium high heat; add garlic and crumbs and cook until mixture is heated through and golden. Add Parmesan, salt and pepper.

ARRANGE beans on a serving dish and top with bread crumb mixture.

TIPS: ADD ¼ cup (50 mL) dried cranberries for a festive treat!
