Favourite jam

Banana, sliced
Slices DEMPSTER’S® SMART™ White Made with 16 Whole Grains Bread
1 tbsp (15mL) 
Butter, softened

SPREAD peanut butter over 2 slices of bread.

TOP with banana. Spread remaining slices with jam and cover to make sandwiches. Spread outside of bread with thin coating of butter.

GRILL sandwiches in skillet or in a panini press or waffle iron until golden brown on both sides. Serve immediately.
