Ham and Egg Breakfast Sandwich

Olive oil
1 (156g) 
Can MAPLE LEAF® Flakes of Ham, drained and flaked
Large eggs, beaten
Tomato slices
DEMPSTER’S® English Muffins, toasted
Cheddar cheese slices
Freshly ground pepper

HEAT olive oil in a medium-sized nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add flaked ham and cook until lightly browned.

ADD eggs to pan and stir until they have set, about 2-3 minutes. Season with pepper if desired.

TOAST English muffins. Place a cheese slice on the bottom of each muffin.

DIVIDE egg and ham mixture between the muffins. Place tomato slices on the egg and cover with the top half of the English muffin. Serve immediately.
