Slices Villaggio® Bread, toasted
Slices Tre Stelle® Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
1 (400g) 
Package Maple Leaf Prime® Fully Cooked and Sliced Chicken Breasts, cut into small bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp (15mL) 
Olive oil
2 cups (500mL) 
Sliced mushrooms
2 cups (500mL) 
Pasta sauce
½ cup (125mL) 
Fresh chopped basil

HEAT oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook until golden. Stir in chicken and pasta sauce and cook until heated through. Stir in basil.

DIVIDE chicken mixture over toast slices. Top with cheese.

BROIL just until the cheese is melted and bubbling, about 2 minutes.

TIP: Use your imagination to create a variety of flavours - great way to use leftovers such as roasted vegetables and extra pieces of cheese.
