Package (12) TENDERFLAKE® Frozen Tart Shells
1 (540mL) 
Can prepared lemon pie filling
Small assorted gum drops
Green small point decorating gel
Tube white or coloured icing

PREHEAT oven to 375˚F (190˚C). Prepare tart shells as per package directions for unfilled tart shells. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.

FILL each of the tart shells with lemon pie filling and allow to slightly firm up. Just before serving mold gum drops using fingers to form flower petals and place onto the top of each tart. Add a stem and leaf with decorating gel.

PLACE a small dollop of icing into the centre of each flower. Serve to family and friends.
