Package MAPLE LEAF Prime® Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Strips
8 to 10 cups (2 to 2.5L) 
Baby spinach leaves
9 oz (284mL) 
Can mandarin orange segments
½ cup (125mL) 
Dried cranberries
1/3 cup (75mL) 
Raspberry vinaigrette
¼ cup (50mL) 
Slivered almonds, toasted


Directions
TOSS spinach, mandarins, cranberries and chicken strips with raspberry vinaigrette in a large bowl.

DIVIDE between 2 plates and top with toasted almonds.
