Dempster's® Pocketless Pitas
1 cup (250mL) 
Tre Stelle® Bocconcini, sliced
1 cup (250mL) 
Canned diced tomatoes, well drained
1 tbsp (15mL) 
Olive oil
¼ cup (50mL) 
Fresh choped basil
Freshly ground black pepper

PREHEAT oven to 400°F (200°C).

SPREAD tomatoes over pitas. Top with cheese. Place on baking sheet and bake until cheese is melted and golden, about 10 minutes

DRIZZLE with olive oil and sprinkle with basil and fresh cracked pepper.

TIP: For a crispier pizza with a golden apperance, broil the pizzas for a couple of minutes after baking.
