2 tbsp (30mL) 
butter
½ tsp (2mL) 
ready prepared minced garlic OR
garlic clove, minced
1 cup (250mL) 
coarsely chopped red onion
4 cups (227g) 
sliced mushrooms
¼ tsp (1mL) 
dried basil


Directions
In a large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.

Add garlic, onion and mushrooms; sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.

Sprinkle with basil and serve immediately.
