Vegetable oil
6 oz (150g) 
Grilling steak, cut into 1/2 inch (1 cm) cubes
2 tsp (10mL) 
Crushed fennel seed
1 tsp (5mL) 
Ground coriander
½ cup (125mL) 
Chopped onion
½ cup (125mL) 
Thinly sliced red pepper
Slices DEMPSTER’S® Indian Naan
1/3 cup (75mL) 
Finely chopped English cucumber
2 tbsp (30mL) 
Plain yogurt
1/3 cup (75mL) 
Tikka Masala sauce
1 tsp (5mL) 
Lemon juice

PREHEAT oven to 400˚F. Meanwhile, heat 1 tsp (5 mL) oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

COAT steak with crushed fennel seed and coriander. Sauté in skillet until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

COOK onion and red pepper until soft, approximately 3 minutes, adding remaining vegetable oil if necessary.

SPRINKLE Naan with a small amount of water and bake in oven for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, combine cucumber with yogurt and set aside.

COMBINE vegetables with steak cubes, masala sauce and lemon juice. Divide evenly onto Naan; garnish with yogurt and cucumber mixture.
