package Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts
1/3 cup (80mL) 
chunky salsa
1 tbsp (15mL) 
sour cream
¼ tsp (1.25mL) 
chilli powder
Salt and pepper to taste
large tomato cut into slices
¾ cup (175mL) 
shredded cheese
½ cup (125mL) 
lightly crushed tortilla chips

Pre-heat oven to 400º F (200ºC). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl mix together salsa, sour cream and chili powder. Add chicken slices and coat thoroughly.

Place coated chicken slices on prepared baking sheet. Top each slice with a slice of tomato, sprinkle with shredded cheese and finish with crushed tortilla chips.

Bake in oven for 15 minutes until cheese is bubbling and melted and internal meat temperature reaches 170ºF (77º C).
