Orzo Chicken One Pot Sauté

Finely chopped fresh Italian parsley

Italian herb seasoning

1 (375g) 
Package Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts
Green onions, thinly sliced
Cloves garlic, minced
2 cups (500mL) 
Chicken broth
¾ cup (175mL) 
Orzo pasta
1/3 cup (75mL) 
Herb and garlic cream cheese

COMBINE oil, 1 tbsp (15 mL) of the parsley, Italian herb seasoning, salt and pepper in bowl. Add chicken and turn to coat.

SAUTÉ chicken, turning once, in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat for about 6 minutes or until no longer pink inside and golden brown. Remove to plate and keep warm. Return skillet to medium heat.

COOK onions, garlic and remaining parsley for 1 minute or until softened. Pour in broth and orzo pasta and bring to the boil, stirring up any brown bits in skillet. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until pasta is tender and a little of the broth remains.

STIR in cream cheese until melted and place chicken on top of orzo. Remove from heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
