Ingredients
1 tbsp (15mL) 
Vegetable oil
2 cups (500mL) 
Frozen peas

Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Green onions, chopped
¼ tsp (1mL) 
Dried basil
¼ tsp (1mL) 
Dried oregano
 
Salt and pepper to taste


Directions
HEAT oil a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

ADD peas and sauté for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, green onions and dried herbs; continue cooking for 2-4 minutes.

SEASON with salt and pepper to taste.
