1 cup (250mL) 
Diced cucumber
1 cup (250mL) 
Diced tomato
¼ cup (50mL) 
Diced red onion
½ cup (125mL) 
Crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup (50mL) 
Ready prepared Greek dressing


Directions
CUT pitas in half and carefully open pockets.

COMBINE ingredients in a large bowl.

STUFF pita pockets. Serve Immediately.

TIP: Pack this for lunch by preparing the filling and packing separate from pita.
