DEMPSTER’S ® 100% Whole Wheat Pocketless Pitas
1 cup (250mL) 
Chopped tomatoes
1 cup (250mL) 
Thinly sliced Bocconcini
Slices prosciutto, torn into strips
1 tbsp (15mL) 
Olive oil
1 cup (250mL) 
Fresh cracked pepper

PREHEAT oven to 400˚F (200˚C).

SPREAD tomatoes over pitas. Top with cheese.

BAKE in preheated oven until cheese is melted and golden, about 10 minutes.

TOP with prosciutto and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with arugula and fresh cracked pepper.
