Turkey, Avocado and Sprouts Sandwich
# of Ingredients
Slices NATURAL SELECTIONS™ Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
Slices DEMPSTER’S® Healthy Way Bread
Avocado, peeled and sliced
¼ cup (50mL)
Sprouts (pea, radish, mustard, onion or alphalpha)
2 tbsp (30mL)
Red pepper jelly (optional)
DIVIDE turkey between 2 slices of bread.
TOP each with cucumber, avocado and sprouts.
SPREAD remaining bread slices with red pepper jelly, if using, and top to make sandwiches. Serve immediately.
To prevent avocado from discolouring, toss slices with 2 tsp (10 mL) lemon juice before putting on sandwich.
