¾ cup (175mL) 
Diced English cucumber

¼ cup (50mL)

Balsamic vinaigrette
2 tbsp (30mL) 
Finely diced red onion

COOK tortellini in a large pot of boiling salted water for 6-8 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

COMBINE pasta in a large bowl with remaining ingredients.
