¼ cup (60mL) 
Large Onion, chopped
2 lbs (1kg) 
Mussels, washed and bearded
1 (200mL) 
Package Olivieri® Red Thai Curry Sauce
Lime Wedges
Green Onions, chopped

MELT butter in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions and sauté for 5 minutes or until soft.

ADD mussels, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or until mussels have opened. Using a slotted spoon, remove mussels from pan and place in a serving dish. Cover to keep warm.

ADD Red Thai Curry Sauce to pan and bring to a boil. Boil for1 minute.

POUR sauce over mussels, garnish with lime wedges and chopped green onions.

TIP: Serve with sweet potato fries.
