Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into thin strips
½ cup (125mL) 
Canned bamboo shoots, drained
½ cup (125mL) 
Canned pineapple tidbits, drained
2 cups (500mL) 
Cooked shrimp, with tail off
4 oz (113g) 
Medium rice noodles, soaked in hot water for 20 minutes and drained
1 (200mL) 
Package Olivieri® Red Thai Curry Sauce
2 tbsp (30mL) 
Chopped fresh cilantro

MELT butter in large fry pan over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken, bamboo shoots, pineapple and shrimp for 4 minutes.

ADD noodles and sauté for 3 minutes. Add sauce and chopped cilantro, bring to a boil and serve.

TIP: Garnish with chopped peanuts.
