Sacchettini Salad with Veggies

¼ cup (50mL) 
Olive oil, divided
Yellow peppers, julienne
Red peppers, julienne
Medium carrots, julienne
1 (600g) 
Package OLIVIERI® Chicken, Bacon & Cheese Sacchettini
4 tbsp (60mL) 
OLIVIERI® Basil Pesto
1 cup (250mL) 
Green or black olives, halved
Each black pepper and salt
Freshly grated parmesan

HEAT 1 tbsp (15 mL) oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté peppers and carrots for 2-3 minutes or until tender crisp. Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

TOSS drained pasta in a large bowl with remaining ingredients.

SPRINKLE with parmesan before serving.
