Sautéed Chicken and Apple Wraps

Large DEMPSTER’S®/POM® WholeGrains™ Ancient Grains Tortillas
Slices MAPLE LEAF® Bacon, chopped
1 (400g) 
Package MAPLE LEAF® Prime® Fully Cooked and Sliced Chicken Breasts
½ (0.5) 
Onion, sliced
1 cup (250mL) 
Shredded Savoy cabbage
½ tsp (2mL) 
Each salt and fresh cracked pepper
Apple, cored and sliced
¼ cup (60mL) 
Fresh chopped parsley (optional)

COOK bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked but not too crisp. STIR IN onion and COOK until tender and browned. ADD cabbage, salt and pepper; COVER and COOK until tender crisp, about 10 minutes.

STIR IN apples, chicken and parsley; COOK until heated through.

DIVIDE mixture between wraps, ROLL UP and SERVE.

TIPS: SERVE with sour cream. ADD 1 tsp (5 mL) chopped fresh thyme or a pinch of dried thyme for a flavour boost.
