Smoked Turkey and Swiss Cheese Pinwheels

DEMPSTER’S® / POM® Whole Wheat or DEMPSTER’S® / POM® / BENS® SMART™ Tortillas
8 oz (230g) 
Cream cheese, softened
¼ cup (50mL) 
Canned whole berry cranberry sauce
3 cups (750mL) 
Baby spinach leaves
8 oz (230g) 
Thin slices Swiss cheese
12 oz (360g) 
Thin slices smoked turkey
¼ cup (50mL) 
Thinly sliced red onion

MIX cream cheese and cranberry sauce, spread a thin layer over each tortilla, covering about 2/3 of the tortilla.

TOP each tortilla with ¼ of spinach and 2 cheese slices.

SPREAD another layer of cream cheese mixture on top, add 3 slices of turkey.

FINISH with more cream cheese and onion; roll tightly starting from filled edge.

SLICE each roll diagonally into 10 pinwheels about 3/4 inch (2 cm) wide for appetizers or cut in half for a lunch wrap.
