Spinach & Cheese Dip with Rosemary & Olive Oil Crostini

DEMPSTER’S® OvenFresh Rosemary & Olive Oil Baguette
2 tbsp (30mL) 
Olive oil
8 oz (1) 
Container favourite ready-made spinach dip
½ cup (125mL) 
Crumbled Feta or Goat cheese
2 tbsp (30mL) 
Grated Parmesan cheese

PREHEAT oven to 400˚F (200˚C).

COMBINE spinach dip and cheese in a small oven-safe bowl. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.

SLICE baguette crosswise into ½-inch (1 cm) slices. Brush both sides with oil and place on a baking sheet.

BAKE baguette slices in preheated oven for 8 minutes, turning once.

REMOVE crostini from oven and serve with warm spinach dip.
