Dempster’s® Soft Corn Tortillas
1 lb (454g) 
striploin steaks, trimmed
1 tbsp (15mL) 
vegetable oil
½ (35g) 
pouch low-sodium taco seasoning
2 cups (500mL) 
coleslaw mix
2 tbsp (30mL) 
low-fat sour cream
¼ cup (50mL) 
coarsely chopped cilantro
 
Lime wedges, optional


Directions
Rub steaks with oil and taco seasoning.

Grill over medium-high heat until desired doneness (about 5 to 7 minutes per side for medium rare). Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Grill tortillas, about 30 seconds each side.

Stir together coleslaw mix, sour cream and cilantro.

Divide steak over tortillas and top with coleslaw. Fold in half and serve with lime wedges, if desired.

Tip: To make your own coleslaw mix, shred or thinly slice red and green cabbage with carrot and toss.
