2 tbsp (30mL) 
Olive oil
1 tsp (5mL) 
Balsamic vinegar
DEMSTER’S® Naan breads (2 packages)

Slices tomato
2 cups (500mL) 
Sliced bocconcini
¼ cup (50mL) 
Coarsely chopped basil leaves
 
Fresh cracked pepper


Directions
PREHEAT BBQ to low.

COMBINE the olive oil and the balsamic vinegar and brush on both sides of each Naan.

PLACE the Naan on the BBQ at low heat. Grill one side only for 2 minutes. Turn each Naan and top evenly with tomato slices and bocconcini.

CLOSE the BBQ lid for about 3 more minutes or just long enough to melt the cheese.

ADD the basil leaves before serving and finish with pepper.
