1 tbsp (15mL) 
Olive oil
Green pepper, cut into thin strips or cubes
1 oz (30g) 
Red pepper, cut into thin strips or cubes
1 oz (30g) 
Red onions, thin strips
1 (150g) 
Package MAPLE LEAF Prime® Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Strips
3 tbsp (45mL) 
OLIVIERI® Sundried Tomato Pesto
Focaccia loaf, toasted and cut lengthwise
3 to 4 
Slices jalapeno pepper havarti


Directions
HEAT oil and sauté vegetables until slightly soft, about 3-5 minutes. Add chicken breast strips and continue sautéing for 3 minutes.

SPREAD sundried tomato pesto on the bottom half of the Focaccia.

TOP with chicken mixture, cheese and remaining half of foccacia. Cut into 4 equal portions and enjoy.
