Non-stick cooking spray or vegetable oil
Medium red bell pepper ring (1/2 inch/2 cm thick)
Slices DEMPSTER’S® WholeGrainsTM Canadian Century Grains Bread, toasted
Slices Maple Leaf Natural Selections™ Black Forest Ham or Baked Ham
¼ cup (50mL) 
Arugula or spinach
1 pinch 
each of coarse salt and fresh cracked pepper
Fresh shaved Parmesan

PLACE 3 tbsp (45 mL) water in Heating Tray of Toaster with Egg Cooker. This amount of water will give you a soft poached egg. Coat Poaching Tray with non-stick cooking spray or oil. Arrange pepper ring in Poaching Tray and lightly crack egg into the ring.

PLACE bread in toaster and ham slices in the Warming Tray.

PUSH the Egg/Toaster Button and then press the lever to turn on.

TOP one slice of toast with ham, greens, pepper ring and egg. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and shaved Parmesan.

USE additional slice of toast for dipping into soft poached egg.

TIPS: Egg in pepper ring can also be made in a non-stick skillet. Cook for approximately 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
