Sweet and Sour Chicken & Vegetable Stir-Fry

Vegetable oil
1 tbsp (15mL) 
Chopped garlic
1 tbsp (15mL) 
Finely chopped fresh ginger
(227 mL) Can sliced water chestnuts, drained
½ cup (125mL) 
Snow peas
(6 to 8) 
Broccoli florets
Small onion, thinly sliced
Medium carrot, sliced into thin sticks
Medium red pepper, sliced
(150 g) package MAPLE LEAF PRIME® Fully Cooked and Sliced Chicken Breast, cut into 1 inch (2.5 cm) pieces
(200 mL) package Olivieri® Sweet and Sour Sauce
¼ tsp (1mL) 
Sesame oil

HEAT oil in wok or large fry pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 2 minutes. ADD vegetables and stir-fry for 8-10 minutes or until tender but crisp. Add chicken and heat for 3-4 minutes. ADD sweet and sour sauce and sesame oil. Bring to the boil and serve immediately
