package MAPLE LEAF Prime Naturally® Butterflied Chicken Breasts
¼ cup (50mL) 
1/3 cup (75mL) 
Orange Juice
(200 mL) package Olivieri® Peppercorn Sauce
Fresh cilantro

HEAT oil in large fry pan on medium heat; add chicken and cook for 1 minute on each side. Add honey and juice and cook, turning chicken frequently, for approximately 6 minutes or until minimum internal temperature of chicken reaches 170ºF (77ºC) and juice has reduced slightly. ADD peppercorn sauce and heat for 2 minutes or until sauce is hot. GARNISH with cilantro before serving. Serving Suggestion - Serve over a bed of cooked rice
