Package PRIME® Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken Breasts
½ cup (125mL) 
Canned black beans (no salt added)
¼ cup (50mL) 
Thawed frozen corn
¼ cup (50mL) 
Shredded, medium Cheddar cheese
Green onion, chopped
2 tbsp (30mL) 
Sour cream
2 tbsp (30mL) 
Slices DEMPSTER’S® WholeGrains™12-Grain Bread
Avocado, pitted and sliced
Large tomato, sliced
1 cup (250mL) 
Baby spinach leaves

TOSS chicken with black beans, corn, cheddar, green onions, salsa and sour cream until combined.

DIVIDE mixture equally between four pieces of bread. Top each with avocado, tomato, spinach leaves and remaining slices of bread.

TIPS: If making ahead, brush the avocado with lime or lemon juice to prevent browning and wrap well. For extra zesty flavor add ½ tsp (2 mL) lime zest to filling.
