Slices DEMPSTER’S® WholeGrains™ Multigrain/ BON MATIN® Multigrain Bread
14 oz (400g) 
Roast beef, thinly sliced
¼ cup (60mL) 
Barbecue sauce
Tomatoes, sliced
Slices Part-skim Havarti or Swiss cheese
¼ cup (50mL) 
Pickles, sliced (optional)


Directions
PREHEAT oven to 350° F (180° C).

TOP 4 slices of bread with roast beef and lightly brush on barbecue sauce. Add tomato slices, cheese and pickles if using.

CLOSE sandwiches with remaining bread. Place on baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot.

FOR A CHANGE: For a change, replace BBQ sauce with Dijon mustard.

NUTRITION TIP: For version with less salt and sugar, replace pickles with ¼ cup (60 mL) of shredded cabbage or grated carrots.
