DEMPSTER’S®/POM® Soft Corn Tortillas
1 lb (500g) 
MAPLE LEAF® Prime™ Extra Lean Ground Turkey
Onion, finely chopped
Carrot, finely chopped
1 tbsp (15mL) 
Chili powder
19 oz (540mL) 
Can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
19 oz (540mL) 
Can diced seasoned tomatoes
1 cup (250mL) 
Shredded cheddar cheese

BROWN turkey in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. STIR IN onion, carrots and chili powder. COOK 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp.

STIR IN beans and tomatoes and SIMMER for 10 minutes.

DIVIDE chili between tortillas and TOP with shredded cheese, ROLL UP and SERVE.

TIP: The chilli recipe can be doubled. FREEZE half and have another weeknight meal ready to go!
