Medium red apples, diced
2 tbsp (30mL) 
Dried cranberries
¼ cup (50mL) 
Chopped walnuts
1/3 cup (75mL) 
Low fat Mayonnaise
2 tsp (10mL) 
Grainy Dijon mustard
1 cup (250mL) 
Shredded leaf lettuce
Large DEMPSTER’S® 100% Whole Wheat Tortillas
2 (300g) 
Packages PRIME® Fully Cooked Sliced Turkey Breast
Salt and pepper to taste

COMBINE apples, cranberries, walnuts, mayonnaise and Dijon in a large bowl. Mix well.

DIVIDE lettuce between four wraps leaving a 1-inch (2.5 cm) border at the edges. Top centre of the wrap with apple mixture. Divide turkey equally between the four wraps. Season with salt and pepper.

ROLL up each wrap and secure with toothpicks if required. Slice in half crosswise and serve.
