Dempster's® Original Tortillas
Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
OR Maple Leaf Prime Naturally Portions™ Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 tsp (5mL) 
Vegetable oil
Onion, sliced
Red pepper, sliced
1 cup (250mL) 
Toppings: sour cream, shredded cheese, guacamole

CUT chicken lengthwise into 1/2-inch (1 cm) strips and set aside.

HEAT oil on medium-high heat in a large non-stick fry pan. Add onion and pepper and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.

ADD chicken and continue to cook, stirring occasionally until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 170°F (77°C) about 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in salsa, cooking just until heated through.

WARM tortillas in a separate fry pan or oven.

DIVIDE chicken mixture over warmed tortillas and garnish with your favourite toppings.
