Package MAPLE LEAF Prime® Fully Cooked Turkey Breast Strips
1 tbsp (15mL) 
Vegetable oil
½ cup (125mL) 
Chopped onion
½ cup (125mL) 
Green pepper, cut into strips
1/3 cup (75mL) 
Sliced celery
1 cup (250mL) 
Diced canned tomatoes
1 tsp (5mL) 
Chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup (250mL) 
Cooked rice

HEAT a large nonstick skillet to medium-high, add oil, turkey, onion, green pepper and celery; sauté for 4 to 5 minutes.

STIR in tomatoes and chili powder and continue heating for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Season to taste and serve over rice.

TIP: For a spicier option add a bit more chili. Change this recipe up by putting over noodles instead of rice.
